I just realized, I have them bridged now, could that have anything to do with it.

Yep that was it, removed the bridge and it works fine..

Nope, its not running in a VM, Its on the same box as before, All I can think of at the moment is some sota permission problem

Unable to obtain hardware key
Recently we had to reinstall the OS on our server, I also decided to try the newer EzUGCC, but when I try to request a license it fails with the error "Unable to obtain hardware key, please contact masher@brainless.us". Not sure if its some sorta permission issue or not, the OS is Windows ...

I'm glad you've been happy overall with the panel. :) I'm confused about the issue you're having here. The panel should be able to tell the server is immediately started when started. If a server takes 1-2 minutes before it's fully up should be irrelevant unless you have advanced monitoring turned ...

Servers take a very long time to restart.
