Unfortunately according to the ZPS developers, a Steam client must be run on any dedicated server (it kind of sucks). My understanding is that Steam messed this up when the developers submitted the game for activation. I will try the registry key fix and see if that does the trick.

Okay i see that I didn't have the -condebug added to my hidden command line start up that would then add the console.log file to the main game directory. Thank you for your help.

When going into the tools section of any particular server and choosing to view the Console, I receive the following error in the console screen:

Error! File not found!

I get this error when running both the standard UGCCBroker and the Winbroker. Is there something else that I am missing?

So the only difference between running with the broker and without the broker appears to be the Steam Library being able to be opened.
