Paypal Error when checking out

I tried renewing my license just now, and I couldn't pay for it when it was in my cart. When clicking the payment button, I got the following error:

instead of paying the 25 dollars per yer/update, I wish to know if there was some kind of a lifetime payment figure. Any help would be appreciate

There's no lifetime license currently. Send me an email or private message and maybe we can figure something out.
