Monitoring Service won't start... Help! (Resolved)

Hello, I've installed my license and even restarted my Windows server and followed the instructions about the monitoring service not working, but whenever I start it it just says

I'm using windows server 2008 64 bits.

I assume you go it working, what was the problem?
