This looks promising. We can connect to FTP on the local machine just fine.
We found two config files in the EzUGCC folder and changed the range from 2000-2005 and opened the ports on the TCP firewall.
After rebooting the server we still have the same problem. Are we modifying the correct CFG file?

FTP Stuck on "Reading Remote Directoy"
Hi Masher, We installed using EzUGCC on Windows Server 2016. We have a license installed and activated. I am trying to connect to the FTP using winscp and my client is getting stuck on "Reading Remote Directory". I have the file tool turned on and I have "%Root%" as my root path....
