Server ID in Reminder Email
Is it possible to have the server ID as a variable in the reminder email? I have a link in the email for a person to renew their server, however the data (person's server name, amount due) is encoded into the URL and is subject to tampering. If just the server ID is sent, then I can just pull the da...

Re: Support Tickets Reply By Email
Perhaps it's time for a "UGCC Premium" version with extra features at a higher price?Masher wrote:Would be a nice feature, but considering the price point of the panel; it'll be too much work. If I get bored I'll look into though.

Support Tickets Reply By Email
A few people decide to reply directly to the support ticket email, this means I have to periodically check the email account for the support user. Perhaps UGCC can be configured to check via IMAP if there are any new emails in an account, and if so append it to the ticket and update the admin, just ...

Server Details Spacing
In the notes section for a server, I normally put the details (e.g IP/Port, Slots, Server Type). However, it seems that when parsed on ugcc.aspx, an extra space at the end of each line has been added. Attached is a screenshot of part of the HTML output of ugcc.aspx - some details have been blanked f...

Re: Server Error After Latest Update 1.15
I have my currency symbol in the email definition rather than a numerical value. Unless you charge in different currencies, that would be the best solution.hippyWedBetter wrote:Don't put $ signs in front of the payment amounts area . That was it.... only use #s. Silly me.

Re: Vonage, QoS, and Windows 2003 Server RRAS
Interesting writeup on how to perform QoS with a Win 2k3 gateway. I personally use pfSense as my home gateway (yes, i'm a techie too. Completely needed but I like dabbling in this sort of thing) and it's QoS controls are very easy compared to the steps you had to take, it's inbuilt wizard even takes...

Re: CPU Usage Monitoring
Could you enable it only if the detected OS is Windows then?

CPU Usage Monitoring
One really useful thing to have would be CPU monitoring, with historical data too per individual server. In addition, based upon this you could enable "Troubleshoot Monitoring", so if the server starts using more than a predefined value of CPU, the server in question is stopped to prevent ...

KINGJ.NET Game Servers
We have been using UGCC since beta and overall it is a very well made, feature-rich panel. As a new game server company, we realised that we wouldn't get any customers unless they had a control panel to start/stop their server. Those where the minimum requirements. The only other game panel we knew ...

Re: Update 1.00prc14
I'm not superstitious - I just follow the croud
I've had no problems with this release (apart from a small setup issue with old DLLs) and not had any real problems with the previous release either. I think you might finally be ready for launch!

Re: 1.00PRC10 Updates
Excellent, a few features in here I've been waiting for (reports) and a little bit of optimization is always good! PRC9 has been problem free for me, lets hope PRC10 is the same. After launch, will you be releasing updates as frequently? Update: Panel installed successfully without issue. Reports fe...
