Unfortunately I have tried so many different command lines and configuration adjustments I'm at a loss. The only way I can get the server to fire with the control panel is to set the command line as follows: -IP=66.55.137.205 -default.cfg The server will then show up in the multiplayer list as well ...

server eecutable : C:\Serverdoc\steam\bin\Sniper3_PC-CLI_Submission_Win32.exe
no hidden command line arguments
working directory is left blank as usual
The server runs fine from remote desktop, unfortunately it automatically runs on the box main ip address.
