According to http://www.mono-project.com/Mod_mono it should work with Apache 2.0. That message your getting 'mod_mono-1.2.1' makes me wonder if you are infact using the latest version. --Updated FTP engine
--Increasted timeout from 5 seconds to 60 seconds. Seems to help users experiencing problems with disconnects and other ftp problems.

If you're using FTP it's recommended you update. Get it in the downloads area.

Try deleting your mapcycle.txt.steam_bak file....your ftp server may be chocking on the file's name?
