If that error is from 2.61, restore the ugcc.www.* files (should be two of them) from the backup you hopefully made prior to the ugprade.

We have some included in the panel customisations area of the panel's settings. You can also make your own bootstrap style templates.

If you don't have a license, you can disable the service as it's not going to start. Probably related the error you're getting; will have to look into it.

Try our latest version. If you still get an error post the new error message.

You can do manual installs outside of the panel, and then configure the panel to run that game server with or without a license. I'll send you a private message here shortly.

If you're using steamcmd, you can leave the cache location blank, the panel will manage the cache location if using steamcmd.
