Go to the servers configuration and Set the server type to the game engine you are using (ie. Source) Then in the 'Monitoring and Maintenance' section of the server's config, enter the servers ip address in the 'Game Server Query Address' textbox and port in the 'Gameserver Query Port' (and 2nd port...

I'll see if that's possible. In the meantime, you may want to setup the srcds servers to restart daily and let the end users set the schedule.

The first problem, I'm not sure. Considering that nothing else was working, I wouldn't worry about it. The second problem, make sure that when you use the query feature of the panel it actually works. The monitor uses the same query information as the panel for making sure the server is alive. The global update is a good idea. I'll look into implementing that.
Regarding Trackmania...does it not work with the panel? Any thing should work with the panel. If you could also provide some links (server setup,etc) that'd be really helpful.

Your ftp server address settings should only be an ip address or FQDN; remove the http:// stuff from those settings. If it works after that you should be fine. If it still doesn't work you may want to try changing your compresspath setting.
