Customer Panel Access
So I received an email to renew today. I went to the link and did the renewal and paid. When I attempt to go back to the customer panel, it still wants me to renew, and says I have to revoke and renew the license to have it recognized. But I can't get any access to that part of the customer panel to...

Re: Fail to update [Solved]
Just another update, EZUGCC still fails to update. This is the third time it's happened. Fortunately I know what the problem is and can bypass the issue. Your updater fails to stop the ugccmonsvc.exe when upgrading and it hangs until it fails to upgrade. To resolve it, I have to click on upgrade, an...

Re: Fail to update [Solved]
Ok - So I'm not sure what's happening, but I restarted the entire server, and then ran the upgrade again. The updater can't stop the UGCCMon service. It craps out because it takes too long. So I had to run the upgrade again, and end the task for UGCCMon manually, and the upgrade took a lot longer th...

Re: Fail to update [Solved]
If I remember correctly, you access remotely and fixed it, and next time I connected to the panel, it updated the database.
Seems the update isn't updating the database. Can I do that manually?

Re: Fail to update [Solved]
Seems this problem is happening again with the latest update. Ran the ezugcc and went through with no issues. Open the panel and still showing that it's not updated. Went to restart both services, UGCC-www I can restart with no problem. UGCC-Mon shows as starting, but it appears to be running in the...

Re: Fail to update [Solved]
Actually it was related. ugccmon wasn't on so servers were not starting on complete server restarts.
Seems it somehow was set to manual start. Changed it to auto start and restarted the server and appears all is fine now.

Re: Fail to update
Also just noticed something weird. It first said "UGCC 1.8.3 is available", then after I did the update yesterday, it only "Update available at brainless.us". Now today the first time I went on it said "Update available at brainless.us", but tonight it now says "UG...
