I've been trying to add Filezilla ftp server using ugcc so I can bound the server to CPU 0. Without the ugcc I can't use affinity on my ftp server.

But once I startup with the ugcc it won't work even though its running, it's because I'm not administrator. If i tried to launch it manually as administrator then it will work.

Any ideas?

I've figure it out now! Now it works

When adding the following command at the "commandline arguments +":

-compat -start
