Mainly a fix release, no new features this time around.
Fixed an issue with mysql backends. If unable to connect to the server it could potentially crash UGCC.
Some fixes to monitor to help ensure it loads upon system startup licensed.
Various error handling and catching changes to the monitor.

I believe this version is very stable and I'l like to go gold with this version. If you spot any issues please let me know. Thanks again to all you testers for your help and patience. I really appreciate it!

I've had no problems with this release (apart from a small setup issue with old DLLs) and not had any real problems with the previous release either. I think you might finally be ready for launch!
