Not sure if it works, but can I setup a Procon layer to restart if CPU usage is running at 50+?
I set it up for 40+ for 20 secs, but it never restarted even though the CPU was between 52-68 for 20 mins or more.

Re: CPU Monitoring
The monitor refreshes it's cpu monitoring settings every hour. So:
-Make sure the monitor is in fact running
-Make your changes to cpu settings within the panel, then restart the monitor so it picks up the settings immediately
-Test/check log file
