File Access Tool Problem

So i set up a FTP server for my brainless panel so it would be easier to access servers and when i try to access files it says "The folder was not found" and my FTP root path is set to / and my Path on remote server is set to /servers (i made this folder to test) and i have tried both disabling and enabling Passive mode.

Are you using the built in ftp server or a third party server?

I'm using vsftpd for CentOS 7

You'll need to enter the rest of the FTP server information, address, port, username, password if you're not using the integrated FTP server.
