Hello,
so I decided we want to have L4D2 server on our machine and went ahead to make it so. But when I started it from the CP, nothing happened. just generic console output and nothing more. When I tested it with .bat file, I noticed a problem with operating system. We are running Win Server 2012 and the srcds couldnt wrap its head around it. So I set compatibility on the srcds.exe to Win7 and the .bat file worked. But CP still doesnt. Is it possible that the CP starts the srcds.exe in different way, bypassing the compatibility setting?

Did you apply the compatibility settings to all users?
