I just updated my panel and I just noticed the TS3 isn't showing people online anymore.
Clicking on it to see the banner, it shows me:

The ip has been whitelisted on the same server for about 6 years.
Oddly, it's now working. TS3 must have temporarily banned the control panel for too many queries.
