UGCC WWW crashes

Post by Expression93 »

It's the second time the panel has crashed in this way, the Monitor stays running. Both occasions the error messages are virtually identical. I haven't done anything notable to cause the crash. The web panel service crashes and leaves the below error reports in Windows Event Viewer.

Ok, I believe this will resolve it; if not please let me know. Stop the service, overwrite the existing files in the root of where you installed and then restart the service.

I've imported the requested fix, I'll report back when I have tested it for a couple of days. I haven't yet been able to figure out what invoked the crash specifically, as nobody has even been logged in at the time it happens - just seemed at random the panel would become inaccessible.
