"Server shutdown minimum players count" not compatible with Ark

I have the setting "Server shutdown minimum players count" set to 1, but my ark server still restarts even when there's 1 player in the server. Is ark not compatible with that option? I have the server set as Ark.

Are you running the latest version of the panel? I believe there was an update released that handle player counts correctly as the game does not report connected players correctly.
