Hi,

Im having a few issues with the "restart" function of the panel, when some server crash for example UT99 the .exe it's "UCC.exe" the panel restart the process but I have two running process and I cant connect to the game.
When I open the task manager or "Process Hacker" a more advance Task Manager and try to kill the "alone" UCC.exe process say something like: Unable to Kill a Exiting Process.-

Its this a common problem?

Another user was reporting this issue but with Rust, I released 2.12 to hopefully fix it.

You're unable to kill the process at all with task manager?

Keep me posted?

Hi Masher,

Yes, I was unable to kill it in anyway - Try with Windows task manager no luck with Process Hacker no luck, it's totally stuck the proccess the only solution it's restart all the system, turn off and turn on the PC.-
The process stay "alone" like when you kill the monitor service - But in this case the hang/alone process game you can't kill it in any way.

Usually happend with the UCC.exe but last night happend with the PVPGN.exe - It's difficult try to recreate the problem because I don't know how to "crash" my server jaja - But I believe it's related when the server crash, dont get close "totally" stay stuck and the panel open it again.-

Im sure this is not related with the server it self, because in the past before the panel I use a little software call it "Restart on crash" when the process crash, open it again and create a log - And I remember UT99 crash sometimes and see it in the log, but never get stuck like a service or something in the task manager.-
Something I believe I see, it's for example the PVPGN process need to launch 3 process more, it's configurated in that way, and works fine always, When one of the process hang (probably the PVPGN.exe) and the server re-launch de "game", the server re-launch all the 3 processes and thats OK - but the old 3 stay stuck in task manager, so it's not getting hang in the task manager the process "crashed" stay in task manager all the task - Probably this information help you

When this start to happend with the UT99 try launch it with Broker but no luck when crash stay hang in the task manager, running with broker or without, so it's not related with the "interface" or something like that.-

=============
Another idea im having it's the server get "hang" or freeze by an error not crash totally, so the panel believe it's crashed and open it again, but it's just a theory don't know how the panel works.-

=============

Ok this saturday im going to update to 2.12 and test the PVPGN status and see if this "crash hang" dissapears - Probably will take me a few days to say if this error dissapears because the process need to "crash" in some way I dont know how to recreate.

Great news, do let me know if you experience it though.
