HTTPS Throws Server Error

When configured for HTTPS in windows the panel throws an error when connecting via that protocol.

It would appear to be a 500 Internal Server Error.

Does it work without https? What webserver?

Works without https. This is on windows default IIS webserver.

I'd guess the web server is giving you the 500 server error and not the panel itself.
