Update Emails -- Not Sending

The emails that confirm that an update has been applied to a server are not sending. Test emails do send confirming that settings are correct in that regards.

Check the panel's log file? Does the owning user have an email address set?

Checking the log file there is no mention of any failures to send email. The owning user has their email address set.

Just to clarify
The auto-updates are working as expected, correct?
The monitor would be sending the update email in that case, is there any firewall that may be blocking the monitor from connecting to the mail server?

There shouldn't be a firewall. We are not utilizing the auto-update feature as our update, updates Conan Exiles and the users mods with it. Therefor we utilize a batch script.

Emails are only sent when the auto-update tools starts and stops an update the auto updater initializes.
