I am trying to manually install UGCC on my Ubuntu 18.04 server. I set my MySQL database info in the Web.config but my Check.aspx page returns Database connection test returned: False
Database write test returned: False
Log directory write test returned: True

The log file should give you an error that can help to further troubleshoot the issue.
