If i'm using the EZUGCC Webserver, is it still possible to use Let'sEncrypt to have the control panel under HTTPS?

And if yes, how?

EzUGCC doesn't support ssl. You'll need to move the panel to IIS or find a https forwarder that will accept https and forward it to ezugcc. Nginx can do this on windows for example.
