I get the following error when trying to access files from a remote server within the web panel. "Invalid username or password. (code=530) (code=530)"

FTP Log from remote server;
1/20/2021 4:43:18 PM <34559-USER ftpadmin
1/20/2021 4:43:18 PM >34559-331 Password required for ftpadmin:
1/20/2021 4:43:18 PM <34559-PASS
1/20/2021 4:43:18 PM >34559-530 Invalid username or password.
1/20/2021 4:43:18 PM <34559-QUIT
1/20/2021 4:43:18 PM >34559-221 CYA Later!

I haven't found any documentation on changing this password and or username. What am I doing wrong?

ftpadmin is an internal account used by the panel to login to the integrated ftp server. I'd start by making sure the time is accurate on both servers and appropriate time zones are set on both servers.

Both Panel and the remote host time and date are synchronized.

I think at this point I'd need a copy of your database to troubleshoot what is happening.

Incase anyone else has this issue, it was caused by the time and date being out of sync on the two serves.
