SteamCMD (Disk write failure) Workaround

I got my Demo License a few hours ago and have been pulling my hair out with all my Installs using SteamCMD giving a Disk write failure I tried everything I could think of...
Turns out the lastest update of SteamCMD has an issue and will give this error on new installs
To workaround this bug Create the Folder SteamApps in the destination folder
