My servers don't start when they crash or when I reboot

The monitor service probably isn't running or setup. The monitor service is responsible for restarting dead servers and starting servers on reboot.

For help on troubleshooting; the monitor creates it's own log file. Errors that it doesn't capture are visible in event viewer.
The monitor will not start if it's not licensed.
