Ok, I may just have to start from scratch and manually install UGCC, but thought I'd ask...
I setup UGCC with the EZ installer. Since it sets up the webserver, is it possible to add php to that webserver?

No it will not support PHP. The ez webserver only has the basics to support the panel.

On a side note, you can change the port on either ezugcc, or whatever webserver you install. Aslong as they are on different ports you can leave ezugcc alone and do your php stuff from the other webserver.
