Support post requirements (Read 1st!)

Please search first and read through the trouble shooting guide. If you still need help please provide in your post at least the following information (all may not be relevant, so use your best judgement):
  • Panel/monitor Version: (Settings-->About for web panel, logs for monitors)
  • Operating System (i.e. win/Linux).
  • Arch (32bit/64bit)
  • Install method : (EzUGCC/Manual)
  • Database being used (sqlite, mysql)
  • If manual install; web server used
  • Steps to reproduce issue
  • Any troubleshooting steps you've tried.
  • Relevant log entries and/or event viewer messages.
  • If you're having trouble with a game server, please post the settings for the server.
  • Server config files (scrub passwords and other sensitive information)
  • If query related provide query settings used in panel
  • If start/stop related provide executable settings used in the panel
  • Include log entries (Settings-->Log tool)
