Admin-only Extras

I would like to see, if possible, an "admin-only" extras menu that only admins can use, this is useful to me to take care of tasks with a few clicks.

Are you wanting this to target servers or to run general commands?

Just as Extras are general, but instead of letting the users run them, these would be for admins only.
