Regarding the Live Web Console, is it still not possible to get that on/to get it up and running?

I'd rather not switch panel just for that. But I just have much in need of a live webConsole,

No, not possible at this time. Do you need a webconsole or just the ability to the see the console?

Query and RCON are already in the panel.

If you want console, add condebug to command line. Console gets logged to console.log that you can open with file tool.
