Customize server list order & Spacers(Empty/Blank or custom-named)

Two Related Requests:
#1. Sorting
The ability for Administrators to customize the server list order by using up▴ and down▾ arrow icons (▲▼) as I assume that would be easier than adding drag-drop functionality? As best I can tell the only current sort other is alphabetical so I've been using three-digit numbers before each server name to order them which is cluttered looking and takes up space.
... Example of what I'd rather not have to keep doing, which is naming servers like this: "011 - Server name"
#2. Spacers
Ability to add custom spacers which can be left blank/empty or have text added. The text would be in bold font and centered (instead of, left or right aligned).
