Server launch delay

I think this feature would be fairly easy to build into the panel....so here it goes.

Basically, our dedicated box restarts itself at 5am every night, when the box comes up it can take up to 20 mins to start all the servers! I'm guessing the panel is starting all the servers at once which causes everything to start slowly, so I was thinking how about a start delay option for each server which you can input.

Btw, I can log into the box fine within a minute of it being restarted. I prefer to restart the whole box rather than restart each server, the servers seem better from trying it.

There is a 30 sec delay between starting each server on reboot.
