full visible command line

in the program there is a section for command line that they the user can edit and a section that they cannot see nor edit.
would it be possible to make a display of some sort so they can visibly see the entire command line even though its not editable?
i had a user try and edit his command line by putting

srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -hostport 27015 +exec server.cfg +map de_dust2

so if possible maybe have a display of the command line that they cannot edit before the text box that they can edit so it appears
to be a full proper command line except the user can only edit the ending part specified by admin

even though they cannot edit it, let them be able to see its there
so they dont add it to the command line that they can edit...
