I purchased a license via pay-pal two days ago and haven't received an email with my login, I have checked my spam folder.
According to paypal the purchase was successful.

I'm sorry for the delay. I'm without power (and my mail server) due to the tornadoes that hit the Dayton, OH area Monday. I'll try to get the info to you in a PM in the meantime.
