- Log in to the Customer Portal
- Click the revoke link on the license you wan't to reclaim
- Click request on the license pool you want to license against
- Select your new license request file the panel/monitor generated
- A new license file is then generated for you, save this in the same folder as the the license request file you uploaded earlier
- Restart the panel/monitor (or entire server) so that the new license is used.

License Transfer
You may transfer your license if you are in your free upgrades (all purchased licenses include this for 1 year or more) period (the expiration field will be green in the portal). If your license has expired you'll have to renew it or purchase a new one.
