Sorry for the delayed response.
Are you using windows or linux?
This is what I used on windows:
Root: X:\servers\FiveM
Working Dir: %Root%\Server-Data
Executable: %Root%\FXServer.exe
Command Line: +set citizen_dir %Root%\\citizen\ +exec server.cfg

Did you set the gametype to fivem?

If you used EzUGCC, you simply click the update button once you run the installer.
But take note that if you're using a version of ezugcc prior to 2.00 you need to make some configuration changes after the update. See
