High Resolution Timer Service

Post by NukeSter »

I have downloaded this and installed it . Now i see the service running and when i try to start it i get an error so i went into the properties of the service i think its called hires timer and it points to "C:\Program Files (x86)\HiResTimerSvc\HiResTimer.exe" now i go in the folder and that .exe is not there thats why i think its not working.

Any help would be great.

System specs.
Windows Web Server 2008 R2
Service Pack 1

See if it's in program files, if it is move it to program files x86

To be honest I don't think the hires timer is needed on 64 bit os's.
