UGCC 1.65 monitor wont restart crashed servers.

as the title says, my monitor is failing to restart crashed servers, it will only shut them down, I am unsure why this is happening, I have all of the proper checkboxes set, it is being monitored to restart at system start/ on crash. it is licensed, I have checked to make sure ugccmonsvc.exe is running (and it still is the parent of the servers it started on the initial system boot)

I have to go in and manually start the servers as they are marked as 'down' which is very simple, but defeats the purpose of automatic restarts.

EDIT: This was caused by a user error, the account that owns the servers is marked as disabled.
