UGCC 1.671 Update Released

This is a hotfix update to fix an issue with the panel's update tool.

• Fixed update tool page refresh redirecting to the incorrect URL for some browsers

No changes are necessary for the monitor and thus the version number has not changed for the monitor. Only the web panel needs to be updated. No database updates are required with this update.
