You'll need
Brake cleaner
Fine sand paper
High Temp RTV (local auto store)
Remove your brake pads and clean them real well with the brake cleaner. I sanded the back of mine down a bit to help with adhesion (not sure if it really does help or not). Apply a thin uniform coat of RTV to the back of the brake pad. Let it cure for 24 hours and your bike will no longer sound like a banshee when you try to stop.
