Constant Running Panel?

Hello, thank you for your reply with the install guide PDF, it helped immensely. However, now when I would like to run the panel I need to always have a user logged in? As it quotes me:

xsp2
Listening on address: 0.0.0.0
Root directory: /ugcc/www
Listening on port: 8080 (non-secure)
Hit Return to stop the server.

Even when I tried to run this in a screen session: screen -S Panel; Ctrl+a + d - it simply exits the panel as well...

If there is a way to ensure the panel is always running via vanilla install, please let me know.
