UGCC 2.00 Released

UGCC 2.00 moves everything to the .net 4.7 framework. The .net 3.5 framework was getting a little long in the tooth and doesn't support some newer web technologies, security (TLS) protocols, and third party products (MySQL connector), etc

For Windows, make sure you have .net 4.7 installed before attempting to upgrade.

For Linux, mono versions 5.10 and higher have stable support for 4.7.

All users will need to make some updates to their Web.config for it work as intended. Please see this post for instructions.

• Conan Exiles now supports RCON and is enabled in the panel. No graceful shutdown support yet as there is no commands to save/quit from RCON at this time
