Mainly a maintenance update.

• 'Prevent crash loops' can now be triggered by consecutive query monitoring restarts.
• New variable %RootDPS% that returns root path with double path separators (for auto installer configs that require double path separators).
• Monitor will try a random port if unable to bind to configured remote port when starting; it'll pick a value of +/- 5 configured value (subsequent restarts should bind to the old port if available).
• The monitor was looking in the wrong directory for windows-kill; this has been fixed
• Use X-Forwarded-For header for client IP if available
