cant get the Restart Tool to work

set the time to 9:30 and 9:40

i dont know if this is usefully or not

I don't see any errors or reasons why the monitor wouldn't restart in the logs. Your settings look good. Not sure what might be causing it not want to restart. Maybe review the log tool without any filtering around the time you've set the server to restart. Also check event viewer logs, maybe monitor is crashing while trying to do the restart and hence not writing logs.

the errors are " Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container' {51593044-48E6-52F7-8622-DE05EB6692B6}' " with the end being different

Nothing for UGCCMon in event viewer? It is what's responsible for the auto restarts.
