Multiple SourceRSC problems on my new server

So I'm already using SourceRSC for 8 months now and it always worked fine for me, but since I got a new server it keeps giving trouble.
OS: Debian 7 64 bit
After I configured the sourcersc.ini file (local settings) This errors comes up:
Since I have a backup from my old server I just took that gmod.rsc file and uploaded it, after that, this happens:
