--Added support for resuming failed FTP uploads and downloads
--Added a progress bar for FTP uploads and downloads
--Updated FTP engine
--Updated bzip2 binary to latest version
--New sourcersc.exc file that includes a list of file extensions that sourcersc will never consider as custom files. This allows you to add file extensions you want SourceRSC to ignore.
