UGCC 2.10 Released

New features and updated settings for Squad.

Added support for Two Factor Authentication
Added support for Squad RCON

UGCC 2+ moves everything to the .net 4.7 framework. The .net 3.5 framework was getting a little long in the tooth and doesn't support some newer web technologies, security protocols (namely TLS 1.2), and third party products (MySQL connector), etc.

For Windows, make sure you have .net 4.7 installed before attempting to upgrade.

For Linux, mono versions 5.10 and higher have stable support for 4.7.

All users will need to perform some manaul updates to their Web.config for it work as intended. Please see this post for instructions (if you haven't upgraded to 2+ yet).
